Our platform connects private tutors offering educational services with students seeking tutoring assistance. We facilitate the scheduling, payment processing, and communication.
User (student) responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality.
Users must adhere to scheduled sessions and conduct themselves respectfully.
Users must schedule sessions with tutors on the Teach Bunny platform.
Tutor responsibilities
Tutors must provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality.
Tutors are responsible for the quality of educational services delivered.
Tutors may not encourage users to schedule sessions outside the Teach Bunny tutoring platform.
Payments and fees
Users agree to pay fees as per the platform’s pricing structure. The Company reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
All content provided by tutors, including lesson materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective tutors. Users agree not to reproduce or distribute this content without permission.
Limitation of liability
Teach Bunny is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.
Governing law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
