Cancellation Policy
This page outlines the cancellation policy of Teach Bunny including the conditions that need to be met in order for the student (user) to be fully refunded for a cancelled teaching session with a tutor.
Cancellation and refunding
If a student has booked a session with a tutor and cancels the session before 24 hours in advance of the planned session, the student is entitled to a full refund of the booking payment for that session.
If a student cancels a booked session with a tutor within 24 hours of the planned session, the student will not be entitled to a full refund of the booking payment for that session and the tutor will be entitled to the full amount of the booking payment.
If a student has booked a package of several sessions with a tutor, the student will be refunded for the full payment amount of the whole lesson package only if the cancellation of the full lesson package occurs before 24 hours in advance of the first planned session within the lesson package.
